Deep Healing Work

All of life is a journey toward health, well-being, and creation.

Life also brings experiences of disruption, pain, and injury. These experiences call for processes oriented toward repair — healing and transformation through the touch of a warm and gentle hand that trusts in and recognizes the possibility of healing.

I believe in the possibility of full and complete emotional and spiritual healing at every stage and in every circumstance.

Over the years, I have gathered around me a beloved and carefully chosen collection of tools. I first experienced all of them within my own life, and gradually began inviting them into deeply moving processes of healing and transformation.
